The in-person studio classes run in a handful of locations around the city, for further details go to the current class timetable

These classes are open to all levels and abilities.


Sophie puts a lot of effort in to creating classes that are inclusive, fun, supportive and educational. Where possible progressions and modifications will be given for exercises so you can continue to work at your own pace. Not only will you leave feeling like you've had a great workout but that you have learnt a little more about the history of Pilates, anatomy and physiology and your own body.
