This circuit training based class will challenge your strength and power with the use of the small equipment; medicine balls, kettlebells, therabands, Pilates circles and more. Learn to lift with the fundamentals of Pilates to keep you strong and injury free.
This fast paced 30 minute class is based on a method of training called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn body fat and develop lean muscle. Be prepared to sweat!
This class teaches you the principles of Pilates; concentration, centering, control, breathing, precision and flow. You will learn how to move with good alignment and body mechanics. Ideally you would take the fundamentals from this class into every other class.
