This class teaches you the principles of Pilates; concentration, centering, control, breathing, precision and flow. You will learn how to move with good alignment and body mechanics. Ideally you would take the fundamentals from this class into every other class.

Dumbbell Class

This 40 minute online class is designed to improve strength, co-ordination and posture, whilst developing lean muscle and burning fat.

The class is suitable for all levels and is mainly a low impact class. I will offer alternatives and modifications throughout the session.

YOU NEED YOUR OWN DUMBBELLS TO TAKE PART.
