Yogacita is a beautifully converted yoga studio on the first floor of the Old Gun Factory in the heart of the trendy Baltic Triangle, Liverpool.
The studio offers changing rooms, toilets, showers and lockers alongside it's calming purpose built studio.
Free street side parking can be found within the vicinity after 6pm.
On arrival ring the street level door bell for access, before taking the stairs to the first floor. Leave your shoes at the door.

The Lark Lane Community Centre, also known locally as the Old Police Station is a hub of activity and is the home to our Thursday evening Power Pilates class. You will find this quirky building at the end of Sefton Grove just off the famous Lark Lane in Aigburth, Liverpool.
Offers toilets.
Free street side parking is available on Sefton Grove, Lark Lane and surrounding streets.
On arrival, walk through the double doors and turn left. You will see Sophie in the main hall.
"I've been attending Sophie's classes for a couple of years and they are excellent. She’s a great teacher, and the sessions are always well paced and varied, with a different theme each week. Sophie is also very attentive. When I was recovering from an injury, she suggested low-impact options so I could still do some exercises safely. I’d definitely recommend her classes."
