BOOTCAMP
BOOTCAMP is a health and fitness programme which runs in blocks of four weeks in May, June and July every year. The programme includes four early morning classes a week designed to give you a well rounded week of workouts, plus tonnes of support, advice and motivation from Sophie and your fellow Bootcampers. SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS.

SUNRISE PILATES
This is a relaxed but invigorating classic mat Pilates class. It involves gentle mobility, strengthening, stretching and breathing exercises. The classes are designed to complement the PARK FIT sessions by educating you in posture, alignment and good mechanics to enable a safe and effective workout. The class will also prepare your mind and body for the day ahead. A great way to start your day!
PARK FIT
This class takes place outdoors and will blow the cob webs away! The session is made up of fun team games and fitness drills which will get your heart pumping and your adrenaline flowing. Learn to use small pieces of equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, therabands and a variety of body weight exercises that will torch fat and build lean muscle.
STRETCH + RELAXATION
You may be feeling a bit sore and achy by Friday, so this final class of the week is designed to stretch you out and restore your body before starting all over again on Monday.
